Welcare Industries is a manufacturing and distribution Company based in Orvieto, Italy. The Company focuses on hospital infection prevention and control and has developed a very unique and complete line of disposable Total Body Cleansing Washcloths (Medical Devices Class I) and an exclusive product range of disposable Wound and Skin Cleansing Washcloths (Medical Devices Class IIa).
The exclusive, disposable Wound and Skin Cleansing devices (Medical Devices class IIa - pre-moistened washcloths or gloves) are non allergenic and suitable for total body cleansing, including wounds, eyes, mucosal membranes.

Welcare’s Wound and Skin Cleansing washcloths are the only products available in Europe to be approved as Class IIa Medical Devices and the only products manufactured in clean rooms Class ISO 8 in accordance with GMPs.

In the utmost respect for the environment, Welcare Industries manufactures the devices reducing or eliminating synthetic components and eliminating ingredients that during the manufacturing process of during usage or disposal might release toxic compounds in the ecosystem, or components that would require special treatment in order to be disposed.
The Company prefers to use components whose supply sources are as close as possible to the production site in order to reduce transports and, thus, the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
